All prescription medicines dispensed through our pharmacy require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Our pharmacist and clinical team will review your medical questionnaire before any prescription is approved. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following assessment.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Medicines are packaged discreetly and in temperature-appropriate packaging where required. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed by contacting us via email or telephone. Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to legal and safety requirements under UK medicines legislation.
If your order is declined by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
